It is indeed, even though New Years Eve isn't for another two hours. Oh well. I'll try to keep this brief. (No promises)

Sad Things about 2009
People I knew, and people I admired passed away.
I had several months, weeks, where I seriously doubted my sanity.
I've lost touch with a few friends.
Still have the terrors
Realizing I'm not as smart as I thought. (Zoinks!)
I slowly became more withdrawn.
Realizing that now I'm almost twenty (11 months) and holy shit I better jump on this becoming mature thing!
D:

Good/Amusing/Firsts of 2009
Friends
Taking friends on family vacation
First time I tried alcohol. (ew)
First time I tried a cigarette. (ew)
First time doing a very slight ghost hunt. (turns out, my college is probably haunted. :))
Seeing Abe Lincoln on the Highway. xD
Discovering I am apparently an old man magnet
Feeling quite happy and sane (later months)
Going to Pride
Seeing Drag Show
That damn Rube project
Getting a box of Motivation
Ending High School
Starting College
Switching major to English.
Reading. Because books are always awesome.
~
Mmm...that's probably not it, but I have this thing where I don't remember things well. At all. It happens, it sticks for a couple of days/weeks, and then it's gone.

So farewell '09. I can't believe how damn fast you went by.
I hope you all had a good year, hope your next year is good as well!

And all that jazz.

Hi people.

I've completed 12.5% of college thus far. Huzzah. Two A's, two B's, one C. Not as good as I'd like, but I get to keep the scholarship. Yay.

Checked out some of my next teachers at ratemyprofessors . com. Because I'm awesome, and it looks like it'll be a mix of good and bad. We'll seee.

Hope you and yours have a wonderful winter!

Funny/strange stuff for you to look at if you want. Give yourself a chuckle this holiday season! :

My entire generation is going to hell.

Hampster, you're going way down into hell for the amount of Pokemon you play. Because the devil takes it seriously. Seriously.

Why can't people let fun be fun? Why do they have to bring the devil into it?

Because everything in life is real.

Some people are idiots.

Let's see...the first time I ever saw a BopIt was when some girl on my bus brought one to play with on the trips to and from school. I think I was in either third or fourth grade.

Love at first sight.

And when the yoyo fad came and went, and I found my second love. :3

Cards and I have a mutual deep like for each other, though I don't know if it will ever go beyond that.

I've never liked board games, and I never really liked video games all that much. The simple things in the middle though, cheap electronics or things like yoyos and pogosticks. Those were my favorites.

Today, I got the latest BopIt, nine or ten years after I first saw one. I couldn't be more pleased.

Now I all I need is a Yoyo, a Duncan of course, and I would be content.

xD I am so childish.

It is the sound the turkey makes, and the act we partake in today while eating said turkey.

Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate.

I guess I'm thankful that I'm still alive and the aliens and/ or zombies have yet to take over and kill us all.

Oh. And my friends. Love you.

Mmm... food coma.

Thanksgiving dinners take eighteen hours to prepare. They are consumed in twelve minutes. Half-times take twelve minutes. This is not coincidence. ~Erma Bombeck
